You'll need to submit a refund request. You will find the Returns tab under the Help column at the bottom of our homepage.
To receive a refund in the original method of payment, you will need to submit a refund request within 15 days of the delivery date.
To receive store credit, you will need to submit a refund request within 30 days of the delivery date.
We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise. All tags must be attached.
Sale Items (marked on site), Jewelry, and Common Collab items are Final Sale and not eligible for return
Site wide promotions are eligible for returns.
