COVID-19 Response

In this time of uncertainty, kindness is more important than ever, and it begins with open communication and transparency. Here are the efforts Common Assembly is putting in place to do our part in flattening the curve.  Our CEO and management team is closely monitoring all CDC, DPH, and local government communications, and is ensuring we are operating with the utmost kindness and care for both our customers and employees. We are a small team of four here at Common Assembly. We have distanced workstations, and converted some positions to work remotely, including special arrangements for staff who need to adjust their schedules due to childcare. We have also limited the number of in person meetings.  Warehouse access has been limited to two employees for packing and shipping orders to provide ample social distancing, and limited contact with product. We have provided hand sanitizer, and masks to all employees for increased personal protection.



Our team is set up to continue packing and shipping orders in a safe and reliable manner.   Our team has done an amazing job of maintaining all pre-covid timelines for processing and shipping orders.  Rest assured you will receive your product in the timely manner you have come to expect from Common Assembly.



We are continuing to offer customer service during our normal office hours.  Our team can be reached Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm CST via email and phone.
