What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and Google Pay, and PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

How long does it take to process the return?

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive the item in our warehouse, processing will take 1-3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is usually 2-5 business days. You will recieve a shipment notification once your package ships.

How can I track the status of my order?

Checking your tracking info constantly? Us too. You can view your order status on your Account page, or if you checked out as a guest—login here with your order number and email.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $100 get free shipping!Shipping cost for orders under $100 will vary depending on how far the package needs to travel. This will be calculated in at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We offer full refunds within 15 days of purchase. We offer store credit within 30 days of purchase.Items must be unworn and returned in original condition with tags intact.You’ll be asked to fill out a quick questionnaire to get the return process started and you’ll receive a prepaid label to ship the item back to us. Refunds will come through the original form of payment and store credit will come through via email. Just a note: Sale items, Jewelry, and Common Collab items are final sale.

Is there a return fee?

Returns are free within 30 days of purchase. No Restocking or return fee.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once the we receive the item in our warehouse, processing will take 1-3 days. Once processed, your money will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

How do I request a return label?

Log into your Account page and click Return Your Order. After filling out a quick questionnaire, you’ll receive a prepaid label to ship the item back.

How do I return or exchange a gift?

Email us at help@commonassembly.com with the following information and we will help you get this resolved: Your name, your email address, purchasers name, email address, and order number (if available)

How do I know my size?

We strive to keep the sizing consistent across all items, but slight variances may occur due to a piece’s style or cut. We’re happy to answer if you’re unsure about a specific item. Just message us.

Will my package make it by Christmas?

What is different about a Preorder style?

If you choose to order a Preorder style please note the following:

Preorder styles are not eligible for express or expedited shipping. 

Payment is charged immediately at checkout not when preorder item is shipped.

The preorder date is an approximation based on our vendor communication. We will update product details with any new information regarding ship dates as we receive them.

You can order this item with In Stock items. It will ship separately with its own tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping.

    We ship orders Monday-Friday, with the exception of nationally observed US holidays. Standard shipping orders take 1-3 days to process; Priority or Priority Express orders will be processed within 1 business day. You'll get a shipment notification email once your package ships.

      • Delays with USPS or UPS Shipping
      • Lost/Stolen Marked delivered items. Please reach out and we will help you file a claim with the carrier. 
      • We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to incorrect address.  If this occurs we will reach out and customer will be responsible for paying for new shipping label. 

      How do I request a return label?

      Our small business offers limited quantities of our merchandise. We believe in our product and stand by our mission of helping you look and feel good in Kind Fashion. You’re the reason we’re here in the first place. We provide fit charts, model sizes and are always available to answer your fit questions via text, email, or phone in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint. 

      We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise. All tags must be attached. Sale items, Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more, Face Masks, Jewelry, and Common Collab items are Final Sale and not eligible for return. 

      Returns requested and dropped off with carrier within 30 days of order fulfillment will receive a store credit in the form of an E-gift Card via email when the return is processed. Store Credit never expires.

      For returns please submit a return request for here and a return label will be sent to you.

      U.S. Orders- Free Return Shipping Label
      Canada Orders- Cost of label will be deducted from refund amount.

      *Please note: If return items received that do not meet return criteria store credit will not be issued. If item is not eligible for return we ask that customer pay for new shipping label.


      Due to limited quantities we do not offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a Common Assembly Gift Card only (received via email).  If you need to swap sizes, we recommend purchasing the desired items correct size and then shipping back the returned product to ensure you don’t miss out.
