Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

How long does it take to process the return?

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive the item in our warehouse, processing will take 1-3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is usually 2-5 business days. You will recieve a shipment notification once your package ships.

How can I track the status of my order?

Checking your tracking info constantly? Us too. You can view your order status on your Account page, or if you checked out as a guest—login here with your order number and email.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $100 get free shipping!Shipping cost for orders under $100 will vary depending on how far the package needs to travel. This will be calculated in at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We offer full refunds within 15 days of purchase. We offer store credit within 30 days of purchase.Items must be unworn and returned in original condition with tags intact.You’ll be asked to fill out a quick questionnaire to get the return process started and you’ll receive a prepaid label to ship the item back to us. Refunds will come through the original form of payment and store credit will come through via email. Just a note: Sale items, Jewelry, and Common Collab items are final sale.

Is there a return fee?

Returns are free within 30 days of purchase. No Restocking or return fee.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once the we receive the item in our warehouse, processing will take 1-3 days. Once processed, your money will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

How do I request a return label?

Log into your Account page and click Return Your Order. After filling out a quick questionnaire, you’ll receive a prepaid label to ship the item back.

How do I return or exchange a gift?

Email us at help@commonassembly.com with the following information and we will help you get this resolved: Your name, your email address, purchasers name, email address, and order number (if available)

How do I know my size?

We strive to keep the sizing consistent across all items, but slight variances may occur due to a piece’s style or cut. We’re happy to answer if you’re unsure about a specific item. Just message us.

Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $5.95 or Free Shipping $100+

    How long does shipping take?

    We ship orders Monday-Friday, with the exception of nationally observed US holidays. Standard shipping orders take 1-3 days to process; Priority or Priority Express orders placed after 1PM CST will ship the next business day.  You'll get a shipment notification email once your package ships.

    To receive a refund in the original method of payment, you will need to submit a refund request within 15 days of the delivery date.
    To receive store credit, you will need to submit a refund request within 30 days of the delivery date.
    We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise. All tags must be attached.
    Sale Items (marked on site), Jewelry, and Common Collab items are Final Sale and not eligible for return
    Site wide promotions are eligible for returns.
